An exclusive gala dinner in a historic Berlin location: In the fantastic ambiance of the Soho House, and in the presence of invited guests from Germany’s industrial, political and cultural elite, the German Design Council presented the 2017 issue of its “Major German Brands“ gilt-edge book on September 26. Under the motto “Socially responsible. Future-oriented.“ the book features German brands that are by example successful because of preserving their identity and being clearly positioned in a world of rapid digital transformation.
Andrej Kupetz, chief executive of the German Design Council, specifically emphasises on the power of brands that are clearly focussed by strongly differentiating from their competition, and we can proudly state that our German Design Council membership has meanwhile put us among the brands that are recognised as part of Germany’s contemporary design culture.
